Chip got his start in accounting over twenty-five years ago. He spent his early years with CPA firms in Atlanta and Charleston before settling in Greenville. He would the go on to lead Accounting and Finance teams with large multinational corporations. During this time, Chip spent seven years living in China, where he headed the Finance teams for his company’s interests in China, India, Australia, Singapore and Japan. Eventually, he became Managing Director of Asia for a major U.S. multinational manufacturer. As his children became teenagers, Chip chose to move his family back to the USA permanently and settled in the Greenville area. He returned to his public accounting roots and opened The Keller Group in 2015. All of his experiences have combined to give Chip a deep understanding of business issues, both local and international. He has a knack for getting to the root of the problem and bring innovative solutions to the table.

Today, The Keller Group serves a wide variety of clients and businesses, ranging from non-profits to small business owners, restaurants, doctors, dentists, agriculture companies, and many more in addition to individual tax clients. Chip also works with many clients on their estate planning needs, including trusts.

Chip graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in German from the University of Georgia in 1995 and earned his CPA certificate in 1998.  Chip has also earned his Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management designations.  While in China, Chip learned to speak Mandarin Chinese.
